Working withstakeholdersacrosstheorganisationyoull be responsibleforsourcing,developingandlaunching anew contentmanagement system(CMS) forthemainwebsite and other websites.Aspartof the Digital Teamand working inpartnershipwithIT,youwillworkandengagewithstakeholdersfromacrossthe charityto scopethewebsitestechnical andfunctional requirements.Youwill thensourceandimplementa systemthat meetstheorganisationsimmediateneeds, andalsohasthecapabilitytosupport ourrapidly growing digitalpresenceinthe long term.

Key Responsibilities

 

 


 Using companystandards,planandmanagethedelivery ofanewCMS fromprojectinitiationthroughto delivery.

 

 InpartnershipwithITandother stakeholders,confirmtheprojectbenefits, criticalsuccessfactors, monitoringandevaluationplanfor theproject.

 

 Managetheprocessofgathering technical anduserrequirements,andincorporate the findingsintoa detailed agencybrief.

 

 InpartnershipwithIT,identify potentialsystemsandsuppliersandproviderecommendationsastothe most suitablesystemfor theorganisation.

 

 Manage theselectionanduseofrelevantexternalsuppliersandagenciesensuringthatsoundproject management disciplinesareapplied.

 

 Working withtheDigital Team, coordinatethedelivery ofan internal communicationprogramme,which ensuresinvolvementandconsultationwithkey usersandother stakeholders,includingtheSenior Management Team.

 

 WorkingwithITandtheDigitalTeam,ensurethatany testingandrolloutofnewproductsdoesnot impactontheday-to-daydeliveryofexistingdigitalservices.   Workingwiththeselectedsupplier, develop androll outan internaltrainingprogrammeforallcontenteditors.

 

 Deliver regularprojectreportsincluding detailedstatisticalandbudgetreportsfor Trustees,the senior management team andotherkeystakeholders

Our client is a major, online award winning plc looking for a top class interim product manager to manage a highly important e-commerce web site. This role will manage a website which is a key channel for managing customer contact handling c.20m visits per annum and 2.8m paperless billing customers. The website drives customer engagement through online servicing benefits, such as online meter reads, online payments, annual boiler service bookings, paperless statements and online account management. This position will be responsible for delivering strategic self serve projects to help continue deliver an award winning online customer service.

Digital Director to be a world class distributor of compelling entertainment, as well as excite and engage clients and colleagues, for a major global motion picture production and distribution company.

The company’s global operations encompass motion picture production and distribution; television production and distribution; home entertainment acquisition and distribution; a global channel network; digital content creation and distribution; operation of studio facilities; development of new entertainment products, services and technologies; and distribution of entertainment in more than 140 countries. 

The Digital Director is part of the Digital Distribution team and reports to the VP, Digital Distribution. This position is based in London and operates across European territories with additional responsibility for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.
