Digital Campaign Manager – Contract £29400 –London SE1 1AA

Leading British charity is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager for a 4 month contract.

  •  Job Summary
  • To plan and execute digital projects in conjunction with TRBL’s digital agency.
  • To investigate new ways of digital fundraising and manage new opportunities for giving via digital methods.
  •  To manage and increase the Legion’s Fundraising income from digital initiatives.
  •  To work with the Fundraising team to produce income and expenditure budgets and operating plans for digital income.
  • To ensure that results of appeals are appropriately tracked, recorded and reported as required.
  • To work with the Fundraising team to ensure that the Fundraising section of TRBL website is updated as required, ensuring that all content is the most accurate and up to date.
  •  To work with TRBL’s appointed Response Handling agency who are responsible for donations processing,  including the design of on-line forms and to ensure that the forms, data flow and reporting are appropriate to the business needs of TRBL.
  •  To build relationships with long term partners (Digital agency, Response Handling agency) and ensure they perform to The Royal British Legion’s digital requirements.
  • To provide support to the Direct Marketing Campaign Managers to ensure synergy between all communications.
  • To Develop digital initiatives across all Fundraising Departments
  • To develop cross-directorate relationships with key internal suppliers to ensure there is synergy with all offline and online communications.
  • To be responsible for developing and broadcasting emails to our supporters using a CMS
  •  To be responsible for developing and broadcasting texts to our supporter base

Experience sought:

  • Experience of working within the digital marketing sector.
  • Developing effective partnerships working across a wide range of agencies
  • Evidence of effective budget management and planning experience
  • Knowledge of business to consumer marketing, preferably in the charity sector.
  • Degree or marketing qualification.
